Facelift for Portishead Precinct

Plans to upgrade Portishead Precinct have been announced by North Somerset Council. The council has identified funding from Section 106 developer contributions to give the precinct at the end of Portishead High Street a much-needed facelift. North Somerset Athletic Club and Academy will be carrying a mock Olympic torch around Weston-super-mare’s Grand Pier for a 24 hour relay over the weekend of March 10 and 11. Homeless help from Rotary

Portishead residents rallied after Christmas and the New Year to help support the homeless in Bristol in partnership with Portishead Rotary Club.
